Guide for pattern selection |
1. Spring type cable reel is designed for all kinds of mobile electric
appliance with 500V AC under.
2. Drum length of cable is based on L in Installation Pattern Drw. The available cable lengths are:
1). L+3 loops for pattern A;
2). L+h+3 loops for pattern B (value h must be noted when ordered);
3). L+H+h+3 loops for pattern C & Dl;
4). Pattern E and F confirmed per the customers' on-site conditions, specified separately when ordered;
3. In pattern C, the reel is fixed on the ground. When coiling up or spooling off the cables, there appears relative friction between the cables and the ground. Thus, a rollaway nest should be mounted within the cable motion area to minimize wear-and-tear of the cable.
4. In pattern F, generally H=0.14L, h=0.5H. If H is less than 0.14L, h>0.5H, the values H and h must be specified when ordered.
5. Cable reel will be equipped with specially designed rolling wheel brackets for the convenience of installation if provided with electric block to run on the single bridge travelling crane.
6. Cable reel coiling-up and spooling-off directions are marked in the overall dimension drawing. Make notes when ordered unless otherwise specified.
7. The mass of the cable is excluded from Mass column in overall dimension table.
8. The motor powered reel is generally of overhanging pattern in structure forms.
9. Special sizes and special purposes of the products can be consulted or negotiated between the customers and the producer on meeting or in written letters.
