GJK for Magnetic Mine Metal Pick Up System (Ore Auto Recovery Type)

This electric control system series is applicable provided with separator model RCDP to pick up the metals from the magnetic materials. It consists of commutation program control cabinet and operational panel. The program control and the time setting adopt PC control; the rectified current is transformed continuously by silicon controlled rectifier according to the site conditions. It is convenient for commissioning and test run, its working performance is reliable and steady.

Note: 1. The four values in the rated output power column stand for the equipment's rated output power under the different output power;
2. If the max. Rated output power of the equipment is more than 45kw, the rectiformer will be attached outsides.
3. If there are some special requirements from the customers, please state specially when ordered.

Note: 1. Iron picking Up in column of Interface signal refers to detecting among the magnetic materials and removing the iron pieces; "Metal Picking Up" refers to detecting the magnetic metal (such as iron pieces) as well as non-magnetic metal (such as high manganese steel), and the magnetic metal auto picked up by the iron remover; the non-magnetic metal can only be manually picked up when the material conveyer is conducted to stop.
2. The output signal interface is for passive contact. "Belt Stop" interfaces are a pair of normal open passive contacts and a pair of normal close passive contacts. The other interfaces in principal are a pair of normal open passive contacts.

Provided with Ore Auto Recovey Iron Remover Series RCDP, in principla, the max. Cold power consumption of the mating iron remover is no more than the rated output power of the equipment.
