Brief On Power-cut Magnetism Sustaining Unit For lifting magnet |
There are two kinds of product series of power-cut magnetism sustaining unit: the product series GTB is designed for
rated voltage mode controlling type; series GTBT has the function of power-clut magnetism sustaining as weel a magnetism regulating, which can easily control the pieces of being handled steel plates by field exciting voltage to adjust the electromagnet freely. These product series are update modifications through technical diagnosis based on the original
product series GTB6 and LPB1, which improve the operational reliability and technical advantages. Thus, the service
work for the customers is obviously minimized.
Main Characteristics
1. It will auto changeover the power supply in case of sudden power-cut of transmission-line system of electric power
during operation. The holding materials will be guaranteed not to fall down during the set time, and the band-type brake of
the hoister will be open to release the attached materials down to the ground safely.
2. The unit has complete integration provided special charging equipment and wonderful testing & display alarm system.
3. Using valve controlled all sealed non-service plumbic acid butteries, auto charging without man-watching. The butteries will auto changeover the charging mode by self monitoring. It has a long durability.
4. The unit is light and compact. There is no special requirement for installation; easy and convenient to be serviced.

Attentions for model selection
1. The rated voltage of the electromagnet is in conform with the output voltage of the equipments; The total current ( consumption power ) of the electromagnet shall be less than or equal to the output current (power) of the commutation controlling units.
2. The hoister band-type brake matching the equipment shall be used in DC field excitation (ZWZ400-400).
3. Environment working temperature shall be over 40. If there is other special requirements for modification, enlarging the capacity etc., Shall note when ordered.
