RCDP Ores Auto Recovery Type Separator |
RCDP Ores Auto Recovery Type Separator is specially designed to remove the harmful iron pieces mixed in the magnetic ores with 10% operating shift rate. When in operation, the unit will be suspended in the upper middle of the belt conveyer completed with the powered cart and metal detector, and used PC program control commutation equipment. It will go through the procedures of detecting, holding the materials, picking up the materials, iron removing and recovering, thus the harmful iron pieces will be removed from the magnetic ores on the conveyer, meanwhile, the held magnetic ores will be auto fed back to the conveyer for recovery. It is suitable for removing the iron magnetic foreign articles in all kinds of magnetite, sintered ores and ball ores.
