General description
Separator can produce huge magnetic field attraction, commonly linked up with transfer machines, such as band conveyer and vibrating conveyer, to be used to remove the magnetic iron materials under weight 0.1-25kg mixed among the bulk materials. Its iron removing rate reaches 95%. It provides reliable protection for muller, crusher and conveyer belt.
Separator is widely applied to metallurgical industry, mining industry, power industry, seaports, ceramic industry, glass-making industry, cement, construction material, chemical industry, food and forage industry. Even in the developing industry of garbage disposal, the separator is used to recover the iron and steel materials mixed in the scrap stock.
There forms two kinds of electromagnetic separator model RCD and permanent magnet separator model RCY including all varieties of series and specifications of the products.
Main features of electromagnetic separator series RCD
1. Using all sealing natural cooling down structure to efficiently prevent the coil from erosion of moisture, dust and harmful gas; good environment and climate suitability; reasonable construction; safe and reliable in operation and convenient to be maintained.
2. The magnetic circuit is designed in optimization with deeper permeability, and its geometrical figure in the space magnetic field is semispherical similar to rectangular. Thus it holds stronger magnetic attraction compared with the other wares.
3. The energizing coils are treated by vacuum desiccation and filled with special packing materials to improve the mechanical and electrical performances featuring durability.
4. Easy to form a whole set with other equipments to meet the different requirements under all kinds of circumstances. The relevant commutation equipments have complete functions available.
Main features of permanent magnetic separator series RCY
1. Permanent magnetic box instead of energizing coil to save power and energy.
2. Reasonable magnetic field contribution; farther permeability depth; invariant magnetic field; low attenuation.
3. Easy to be installed and maintained without using commutation controlling units.
